So I want to share with you some useful beauty tips for 2011.
-The key to beautiful skin is find the appropriate skin cleanser and moisturizer for you skin type. Stay within your budget by finding one that is good for both in the morning and in the evening
-It is vital to give you skin a rest! Take at least a day or two where you either use a tinted moisturizer or go bare! During you make-up days off make sure and do a purifying face mask.
-A great skin softener that you probably already have in your home is olive oil. Use it in the bath or shower. But please be careful when you get out , it will be slippery!
-Exfoliating is soooo important. You can make your own sugar scrub to use in the shower. It's super easy to make and smells yummy under the warm water. **Post coming soon on how to make it**
-When your just running to the store and don't have time for a full face of make up? Apply your favorite tinted moisturizer, then apply a light coat of mascara and lip gloss and your on your way!
-To achieve a more natural looking full set of eyelashes, apply a set of lower lash (false eye lashes) to your upper lid. This will give you a more natural look that you can use for daytime looks.
-Wanna know a quick and easy way to get liquid liner right every time? Try this technique. I call it connect-the-dots! (Well more like dashes) apply 3 dash along your lash line. One is the inner corner, one in the middle, and lastly, your outer corner. Then go through with a steady hand and connect the dashes. This will produce a even line for your liquid liner. (I go this technique from an article in Marie Claire)
-An affordable way to get many different lip gloss colors is to purchase cheap lip liners from Walgreen's or the $1 store. Line and partially fill your lips, then apply clear gloss. You will then have endless possibilities!
I hope you all of you can find some of this useful! If you have any questions, email me!
